One hour session based on gentle, therapeutic yoga postures, breath work and mindfulness-based techniques for stress and anxiety reduction.
Yoga is an evidence-based and highly recommended way to safely be in the moment, be connected with yourself and process thoughts and emotions.

Afterpay is available when you pay for at least 4 sessions in advance.
