Wisemind yoga 

Yoga practices to help release emotions and manage anxiety. 

Private/individual or small group sessions to facilitate emotional release, anxiety management and stress reduction. 

One hour session based on gentle, therapeutic yoga postures, breath work and mindfulness-based techniques for stress and anxiety reduction. 

Yoga is an evidence-based and highly recommended way to safely be in the moment, be connected with yourself and process thoughts and emotions. 


Individual sessions: $80 

Small group: please contact to discuss requirements. Maximum three people in a group. 

Afterpay is available when you pay for at least 4 sessions in advance. 

No experience necessary, all abilities welcome. 

In order to keep everyone safe from COVID, please read our information on government requirements. 

Please bring: 

  • Yoga mat, towel or small blanket 

  • Water 

  • Pillow (for meditation) 

  • Anything else you need for comfort.
